I bought an Off Plan property - Will I be sued and how will it effect my business? - off plan property manchester
I have contracts on a property off plan 18 months ago and since then has changed the object lost over 100,000 pounds in value due to market conditions. I can not increase the difference and you get a mortgage on the current market value is based preserve. That's why I'm short of £ 100,000, that can not raise. I have a termination by the sponsor is not willing to negotiate and threatened to sue me. I wonder whether in this current climate of demand (which is likely to exceed € 100,000) to institute legal proceedings. I want also to a limited liability company to the next month or two - I would like to know if you sue me personally in this regard for my business?

You will not be the answer.
ReplyDeleteIf the developers are facing a liquidity crisis. You can not sell, they create what is a way to collect money by suing people like you.
Unfortunately, I must say that when the CNE is served, you have no valid argument.
The fact has an outstanding CCJ against your name is unlikely to affect your ability to be a director. But if you have decided, after bankruptcy, I would.
