My neck hurts falling out of the snowboard. Since the left side of my neck is was (behind the ear) to the shoulder blades, cramps, severe pain. I can not change my neck on the left side, and I can not bring my left ear with my shoulder pain. I can look and put my head on the left side. I've seen to help chiropractors and physical therapists, but only temporarily.

I went to a doctor especially in Korea for about a week, and they alone were able to help. After 6 days of physical therapy, I was good for the next 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I was out again, and I forgot to ask what methods they used ...

They had the dishes from the ceiling, and wOuld the head or the legs or arms out and practice, especially in turning the head to the left and right, while parts of my body that my mind has been hanging in the belt ... It has done wonders, but I have no idea what it was called. Who knows? Thanks
