Recently I have seen reports on various shops (everything from a headshop a gas station) is closed and for the sale of fine pipes, ect ... Bongs The law states that the current law was attacked on several occasions? How can they legal? They are obviously used for smoking marijuana. Now let's do that in a debate about whether weed should be legal or illegal, but how can they sell well at times but other times not? Technically speaking, like selling a piece of glass to be illegal?
