I AM A FIRM sausage maker. I want to start a business teaching people to make the sausage. SAUSAGE makeing at home is rewarding and interesting to CRAFT. The complexity, between baking bread and brewing beer or wine there. Reward is the taste, not by industrial sausages that can be tailored to the supermarket and the knowledge of being in control of every INGREDIENY who goes into the sausage. My plans are to show a movie to make step by step, BEGINNING TO END

Sounds like a good idea. I wish you much success. However, your local library should have resource provides information on starting a business. It would be advisable for the use of these resources before you should take the time, energy and $ on other aspects of the new business.
